You will provide market insights on DEI, ESG, future of work and culture, nurture relationships, and ensure a high-standard recruitment process while mentoring new consultants as the business grows.

• Own & develop your assigned industry & functional specialism, establishing an extensive network of the senior management leaders in the space.
• Partner with customers to find the best talent in the market for their business & provide people and business focused solutions.
• Provide value-add market insights & consult on DEI, ESG, the future of work, company culture.
• Build new relationships & maximise existing partnerships.
• Ensure a well-managed recruitment process, maintaining excellent standards & customer service to both candidates and clients.
• Develop and mentor new consultants as the company continues to grow.
