goFLUENT Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to identify and attract top talent and manage end-to-end recruitment.

You will partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidates for experience and potential growth within our fast-growing, international environment. You will own sourcing, screening, interviews, and final selections while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive solutions.

• Fluent in English, able to communicate with global colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract top talent through headhunting, postings, referrals, and networking.
• Own the recruitment process from sourcing to final selection and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates for experience and growth potential.
• Enhance the candidate experience through clear, timely communication during the hiring journey.
• Provide market insights and strategic advice to hiring managers.
