Job summary

goFLUENT Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to identify and attract top talent and manage end-to-end recruitment.

You will partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidates for experience and potential growth within our fast-growing, international environment. You will own sourcing, screening, interviews, and final selections while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.
• Problem-solving mindset with proactive solutions.

Your Profile

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency or a fast-growing company.
