Job summary

Beiersdorf AG is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Learning & Training Expert to fulfil a dual role at their factory in Argentona. You will dedicate 80% of your time to recruitment processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and the remaining 20% to managing learning and training initiatives.

This position requires proven experience in recruitment, a strong interest in Learning & Development, and fluency in both English and Spanish. As a key partner, you will contribute significantly to the attraction of top talent.

The role offers a collaborative environment and exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, ideally within an international environment.
• Experience in Learning & Training / L&D is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a consultative partner to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
• Analyze learning needs and coordinate training programs.
• Support evaluation of training effectiveness.
