Factory Based: Canlubang
The Factory Talent & OD Executive is responsible for developing and implementing Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, Learning, and Capability Building strategies at the factory level. The role helps build a high-performance culture, strengthen leadership pipelines, and ensure employees continuously develop the competencies needed to support business objectives.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Implement talent acquisition, talent management, and succession planning strategies.
- Support workforce planning and talent reviews.
- Identify and develop successors for critical positions.
- Ensure diversity and inclusion considerations are integrated into talent processes.
Performance Management
- Drive implementation of Nestlé's performance management framework.
- Guide managers and employees on goal setting and performance reviews.
- Support calibration and talent assessment discussions.
- Promote a performance-driven culture.
Learning & Capability Building
- Facilitate leadership, functional, and technical learning programs.
- Roll out local, regional, and global learning solutions.
- Coordinate training, coaching, and competency assessments.
- Support knowledge transfer and capability development initiatives.
Organizational Development
- Partner with factory leadership on organization design and workforce effectiveness.
- Support change management and transformation programs.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Reinforce Nestlé values, leadership principles, and organizational effectiveness.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Work closely with factory leaders, HR teams, and business managers.
- Provide insights on talent risks and development opportunities.
- Support implementation of people strategies aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
