Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Factory Talent & OD Executive for our Canlubang site in Laguna. The role focuses on Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development, and Learning to build a high-performing factory culture.

You will partner with factory leaders to design workforce strategies, manage talent reviews, and drive capability building aligned with business goals. 5+ years in HR/OD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in HR, Talent Management, L&D or OD.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Talent Management, succession planning, and workforce reviews.
• Drive performance management framework and calibration discussions.
• Facilitate learning programs, leadership development, and capability building at the site.
• Partner with factory leadership on organization design and workforce effectiveness.
• Provide insights on talent risks and develop development opportunities for leaders.
