Job summary

Sprout Solutions is seeking a global Talent Acquisition leader to define and execute our worldwide strategy, unifying workforce planning with hiring efforts across regions. You will direct regional TA teams to ensure diverse, executive, professional, and high-volume hiring across markets, while partnering with executives on growth and succession planning.

Lead governance, branding, analytics, and recruitment tech initiatives to raise hiring standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 20 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including significant leadership within large multinational BPO organizations.
• Proven experience leading regional Talent Acquisition functions across multiple countries; exposure to global Talent Acquisition leadership is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing enterprise Talent Acquisition strategies while leading large recruitment organizations through growth and transformation.
• Established career with progressive leadership growth and meaningful tenure within respected multinational organizations, reflecting depth of experience and long-term impact.
• Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence senior executives and drive strategic talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy, aligning workforce planning and hiring initiatives with the organization's long-term business objectives.
• Lead and oversee regional Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring consistent delivery of executive, professional, and high-volume hiring across multiple markets.
• Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic guidance on talent planning, market intelligence, organizational growth, and succession planning.
• Drive operational excellence by strengthening recruitment governance, employer branding, talent analytics, and recruitment technology to enhance hiring outcomes.
• Build and develop high-performing Talent Acquisition leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.
