Keywords Studios in the Philippines is seeking a Subtitling Project Coordinator to oversee multilingual localization projects. You will manage file delivery, coordinate client communications, and ensure timely handoffs across internal teams to meet client expectations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and collaboration with clients and production partners in a fast-paced environment. Philippines-based position with on-site work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous subtitling experience essential.
• Experience in localization and/or video games industry preferred.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Must be motivated, accountable and a team player.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Excellent knowledge of PC and MS Office products.
• Ability to cope under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are delivered to clients within timescales and quality standards while maintaining profitability.
• Manage internal and external resources to meet project instructions and QA procedures.
• Prepare and analyse translation files from clients.
• Monitor and triage client communications and ensure smooth shift handovers.
• Ensure project data in the system is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare data for client invoicing and financial reports.
• Participate in regular internal meetings.
