Job summary

U&I Global Australia – Philippines is seeking an Education Consultant to recruit students for international study opportunities in Australia. You will guide clients through course selection, applications, visa prep, and pre-departure steps, while maintaining professional communication and achieving enrolment targets.

The role emphasizes lead generation, online consultations, and coordination with admissions and visa teams, with a hybrid work arrangement and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not required).
• Experience in education consultancy, sales, recruitment, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Organized, detail-oriented and responsible.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Australian student visa process is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online consultations to understand students’ backgrounds, goals, and study preferences.
• Recommend suitable courses and institutions in Australia.
• Assist students with applications and visa documentation.
• Coordinate with admissions and visa processing teams on requirements and deadlines.
• Generate leads through social media, referrals, and online communities.
• Promote education expos, seminars, and recruitment activities.
• Maintain updated student records and follow-up schedules.
• Meet assigned KPIs for lead generation, consultations, and enrolments.
