Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking License Compliance sales specialists to join the License Compliance team. The role focuses on monetizing usage where there is no contractual relationship with Bentley and where there is a contractual relationship with the non-compliant user.

The position involves lead generation, qualification, and enforcement activities, with a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce will be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases.
• Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities.
• Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources.
• Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets.
• This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week that will require occasional international travel.
• Managing enforcement providers and counsel.
• Coordination with internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicable.
