Job summary

Hexagon Geosystems in Barcelona seeks a Software Licensing Operations Specialist to ensure licensing features are properly configured in Flexera FNO and linked with SAP equipment data. You will translate product requirements into technical entitlements and document licensing details in SAP records.

The role includes end-to-end testing of license activations, 2nd level operational support, and close collaboration with ERP and licensing teams in a diverse, international office with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with IT focus, or comparable qualification.
• Hands-on experience with Flexera (ideally FNO) and solid SAP knowledge (SD, MM, or PM/Service, especially equipment master data).
• Understanding of translating ERP product data into licensing entitlements and asset management in SAP.

Responsibilities

• System Configuration (Flexera FNO): create and manage product features and licensing models in Flexera.
• SAP Data Integration: ensure smooth data flow between ERP and the licensing platform.
• Equipment Management: maintain licensing data within SAP equipment records.
• Testing & Validation: end-to-end testing of licenses created in FNO.
• Operational Support (2nd Level): provide 2nd level support for SAP-FNO issues.
