This role requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with global coverage and flexible shift arrangements to support varying order volumes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in service planning, scheduling, or order management.
• Experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce) preferred.
• Proficient Excel skills and SLA management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process service requests, purchase orders, work orders, and contracts.
• Create and maintain service orders, billing plans, and customer records.
• Schedule and dispatch field service engineers by skills and location.
• Coordinate maintenance, emergencies, and project-related service work.
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust schedules to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service Operations, Project Managers, Finance, Logistics.
• Track service progress and ensure timely completion with accurate updates.
• Coordinate logistics: spare parts, tools, site access for service execution.
• Support operational reporting with planning, utilization, backlog, and SLA metrics.
• Ensure compliance with processes, governance, and documentation.
