As part of the national Operations Support Centre, you will coordinate resources, monitor WIP, and maintain data integrity across ARMS and client portals, driving efficient service delivery and ESG outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the top priority in all work orders.
• Register and triage work requests in ARMS with correct details.
• Allocate technicians and subcontractors to each work order.
• Provide daily updates to clients on progress and status.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and invoices prepared.
