Reporting to the Chief Logistics Officer, you will oversee venue, F&B, setup, permits, insurance, and H&S checks while coordinating with vendors and managing post-event evaluations to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan and support local and international events within budget.
• Coordinate venue, F&B, setup, permits, and safety checks.
• Liaise with vendors and manage post-event reporting.
• Track event finances, invoices, and progress reports.
• Provide on-site support and quick problem solving.
