Job summary

Ihg, L.c. is seeking a Workplace Services Coordinator in the Philippines to oversee maintenance, facility requests, remote work equipment deployment, and access control.

The role requires coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution and high service quality. The position focuses on safety, emergency readiness, and proactive support to improve employee experience while maintaining smooth operations across all workplace services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical institute degree/certificate or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• BOSH SO2 level is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and inspections of office spaces and furniture; coordinate maintenance, monitor vendor service delivery, track invoices, and inform employees of schedules.
• Coordinate office-related facility requests such as moves, repairs, cleaning, HVAC adjustments, locks, and furniture maintenance; work with internal teams and vendors to resolve service requests.
• Manage deployment of remote work equipment; coordinate with employees and courier vendors to ensure timely delivery and address issues.
• Oversee access control and surveillance systems; manage badge activations/terminations, run reports, back up data, troubleshoot, and coordinate with vendors.
• Participate in emergency drills and ensure readiness of emergency supplies; assist with WAIR submissions and incident coordination.
• Ad hoc operational support including inventory updates, events management, and initiatives to improve employee experience and efficiency.
• Provide consistently high-quality, customer-focused service.
