Job summary
Verkada is seeking a Federal Field Solutions Engineer based in the Western US with experience in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, Networking, Linux systems, Security Surveillance and Access Control. This individual will partner with territory account executives to expand Verkada’s footprint upmarket into Fortune 500 companies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical or security field is required.
- Strong background in Networking: HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT devices, DHCP and Firewalls.
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills to articulate technical matters clearly.
Responsibilities
- Be the subject matter authority on the Verkada suite of products and articulate the value to customers throughout the sales process.
- Overcome objections and secure the technical win for Verkada.
- Present the Verkada solution to all levels of customer, from C-level to loss prevention managers and IT directors.
