airSlate Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative to qualify inbound leads and prospect mid-market to enterprise accounts. You will run multi-channel outreach, research accounts, and set qualified appointments for the Account Executive team.

You will work in a globally distributed environment with flexible remote/hybrid options and a focus on professional growth, learning opportunities, and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales development or B2B software exposure.
• Confident on the phone and in written outreach.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo or able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within 2 hours during business hours.
• Qualify leads using BANT framework.
• Prospect mid-market and enterprise accounts across verticals.
• Execute multi-channel outbound sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Research accounts before outreach and personalize touches.
• Set qualified appointments and hand off to Account Executives.
• Track activity in Salesforce and Outreach; align with Marketing.
