Job summary

Set 2 Close | B Corp™ is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to power our outbound engine and manage high-value enterprise meetings. You will work under direct mentorship from the C-suite, leveraging an advanced tech stack to scale daily touchpoints and convert live conversations into qualified opportunities.

You’ll execute multi-channel prospecting, own outbound hunting, master social selling, and maintain CRM data excellence to accelerate revenue growth for our global clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HubSpot selling or user experience.
• Experience selling to the USA market (2+ years).
• Background in digital marketing, RevOps, or management consulting agency selling.
• Comfort with American business culture and fast-paced communication.
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset and competitive persona.

Responsibilities

• High-velocity outbound hunting: 200–300 multi-channel touches daily.
• Live conversation management with executive stakeholders.
• Social selling to map and engage C-suite, VP of Sales, RevOps decision-makers.
• Fuel revenue pipeline by booking SQMs and driving pipeline velocity.
• Maintain CRM data excellence and accurate reporting.
