Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in the Philippines is seeking an Assoc. Manager, Scheduling to lead a team of specialists and recruiters delivering shipboard workforce scheduling and staffing solutions for fleet operations.

You will partner with Global Hiring Partners, manage parity with par levels, and optimize scheduling processes while aligning with company guidelines. Strong communication, HR system experience, and international travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce scheduling, planning, recruiting, and shipboard crew administration.
• Knowledge of automated human resources systems preferred.
• Good communication skills; reads, writes and speaks English.
• Must be able to travel internationally and domestically.
• Second language skills preferred (Spanish, French, German, or Italian).
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
• Supervise compliance to Par Levels, Step-Up, Team, Rotations and initiatives.
• Coordinate with Global Hiring Partners to recruit and confirm CFMs.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires and ensure proper invoicing within 30 days.
• Improve scheduling and logistics processes for efficiency.
• Maintain crew data across systems and support special projects.
