Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in the Philippines is seeking a workforce planning and logistics professional to support Fleet Operations. You will provide short-term manpower plans, coordinate sign-on/off logistics, and liaise with corporate travel, shipboard management and external hiring sources to ensure timely staffing.

You will follow guidelines from Fleet Operations and SMEs, maintain accurate data in HR systems, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automated human resources and workforce planning systems.
• Business education from a credited college or university (or international equivalent) preferred.
• Experience in workforce planning, analytics, par level planning, scheduling, and logistics services.

Responsibilities

• Provides short-term manpower plans (schedules) for departments and/or positions.
• Coordinates logistics for sign on/off and acts as liaison between Travel, shipboard management and external hiring sources.
• Maintains complete and accurate employee data in HR systems for assigned departments.
