Job summary

Nasdaq Manila is seeking a Sales Support Analyst in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines. The role supports accounts, contracts, and orders end-to-end, ensuring billing accuracy in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal, resolve billing issues, and act as a knowledge resource for junior staff while navigating SOX controls and multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least two years in sales support, order processing, contract administration, or billing resolution.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or comparable business management systems (e.g. Salesforce).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, matrixed environment.
• Clear communicator with cross-functional collaboration across internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer accounts, contracts, and orders end-to-end from opportunity support to billing accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Legal to resolve client cases involving assets, billing corrections, credits, and rebills.
• Research and resolve operational and billing issues, ensuring actions align with guidelines and SOX controls.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for junior team members and cross-functional partners on system capabilities and process requirements.
• Manage client billing inquiries through to resolution with clear, timely stakeholder communication.
