Job summary

Nasdaq, Inc. in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Benefits Administration & Automation Analyst to help scale Nasdaq’s global benefits programs through process improvement and automation.

You will partner with People Technology and external vendors, manage cross‑functional projects, and analyze benefits data to drive smarter decisions and better employee experiences worldwide.

This role offers a hybrid in‑office schedule, with at least two days on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in benefits administration, HR operations, or related function.
• Experience with process improvement and automation in a global environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with HR systems and data tools (Workday, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead global benefits administration and automation initiatives to improve experience.
• Partner with People Technology, People Service Center, and vendors to streamline processes.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of benefits programs and system solutions.
• Coordinate projects with tracking of priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Analyze benefits data to surface actionable insights for decisions.
