Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of Order to Cash or finance operations experience, including managing BPO/Shared Services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including TEAMS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP ERP familiarity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate billing data, including price protection, sales order exceptions, and rebate approvals.
• Reconcile sales transactions with billing outputs for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in research and resolution of billing discrepancies, credit memos, and customer claims with the BPO and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain AR aging reports, billing status summaries, and collection trend analyses.
• Support month-end close with reconciliations, data validation, and reporting deliverables.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that improve automation and OTC accuracy.
• Support ongoing OTC transformation and ESOAR efforts to drive accuracy and efficiency in billing and collections.
