Our awesome client, a leading global provider of branded merchandise and promotional products, is looking for a Client Services Coordinator (CSC) to be part of their global operations team.
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will work closely with global Account Managers to ensure the seamless execution of branded merchandise programs across multiple markets. You'll coordinate product sourcing, pricing, quotations, order processing, and delivery tracking while helping meet the unique needs of international clients.

Collaborate with global Account Managers to source, price, and present merchandise options to clients across different regions.
Research and recommend customized branded merchandise solutions aligned with client brand strategies and objectives.
Prepare and manage sales proposals, quotations, and cost analysis reports.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams across different time zones.
Process and track global orders from initial request through final delivery, ensuring all details are accurate.
Liaise with regional and international vendors to negotiate pricing, timelines, and product quality.
Monitor and follow up on shipments, proactively addressing delays and logistical challenges.
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure orders are delivered according to client expectations.
Maintain order status reports, sales records, and inventory tracking across multiple markets.
Use Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, to analyze order trends, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Prepare reports and presentations for Account Managers and leadership.
Provide regular updates on order progress, challenges, and client feedback.
Work closely with sales, production, creative services, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order execution.
Identify potential risks and proactively troubleshoot fulfillment, vendor, and client satisfaction issues.
Manage multiple orders, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.
Adapt to changing priorities and market demands while supporting multiple global accounts.
We're open to a range of backgrounds. If you've worked as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in an admin coordination role supporting senior stakeholders, you'll find a lot of this work familiar. We're also interested in candidates from sales support, order management, purchasing, or customer service backgrounds. What matters most is how you work, not exactly where you've worked.
2 or more years in a coordination, admin, sales support, or client-facing role
Strong written and spoken English - you'll be communicating with international clients and vendors daily
Comfortable working with data and reports, and confident in Excel
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for email, scheduling, and calendar management
Good at managing multiple priorities without things falling through the cracks
Proactive about chasing things down and flagging issues early
Professional and clear communicator, whether by email, Teams, or on a call
Experience supporting an executive or senior stakeholder in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to order management, procurement, or branded merchandise
Familiarity with Salesforce, Oracle EBS, Smartsheet, or similar tools - these can be learned on the job
This role runs Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Manila time, aligned to US business hours. The shift is fixed and non-negotiable.
