Job summary

Integrated Micro-Electronics, Inc. (IMI Global) in Laguna, Biñan, Philippines, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits professional to join our HR team. This role focuses on salary benchmarking, total rewards, payroll support, and benefits administration.

You will perform job evaluation, manage performance cycle processes, and prepare analytics and reports to support strategic decisions. Strong communication and project coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Payroll, Performance Management, or related HR functions.
• Knowledge of compensation planning, benefits administration, payroll processes, and job evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/SAP systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
