Job summary

White & Case Manila is seeking a Research Support Associate to provide 24/7 frontline help for the Global Research function. You will triage tickets, route inquiries to the correct experts, and help deliver research results across documents, markets, and thought leadership.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with weekend/PH holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work shifting schedule including weekends and PH holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline responses for research subscriptions and document retrieval.
• Triage requests and assign to appropriate research experts.
• Prepare findings in Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with vendors and team on research strategy.
