Job summary

White & Case LLP's Global Operating Center in Manila is seeking a Manager, Recruitment to lead the HROD Recruitment team, delivering high-quality recruitment administration across graduate, lateral and business services hiring. The role requires coaching, team development and adherence to service standards.

You will implement SLAs, KPIs, partner with recruiters and vendors, and drive process improvements within a global shared services context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/college degree required.
3–5 years progressive work experience with supervisory responsibility.
Strong knowledge of captive shared service operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels.
Proficiency in ServiceNow, Workday and MS Office; analytics of operations metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead the operational management and delivery of recruitment services.
Oversee global recruitment programs across graduate, lateral, business services and partner roles.
Ensure accurate, efficient processing of recruitment requests and adherence to guidance.
Implement and manage SLAs and KPIs; drive process improvements.
Collaborate with recruiters, agencies and vendors; represent the team in global discussions.
Provide leadership, coaching and performance development for team members.
