Job summary

White & Case LLP in Manila is hiring an Advisor, Recruitment to support global HR Shared Services. You will manage recruitment processes, handle complex transactions, and triage cases across APAC time zones in a hybrid Manila setting.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR administration or HR Shared Services, experience with Taleo and ServiceNow, strong client service and communication, and the ability to work independently and with teams.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of HR Administration work experience in an HR environment.
• 3 to 5 years of BPO / HR Shared Services experience in HR Operations or HR Systems.
• Experience in using case management systems (ServiceNow).
• Experience in using HR/Recruitment Systems (Taleo, viRecruit, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly and work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in understanding recruitment processes and related services.
• Manage transactions by triaging cases to ensure timely service delivery and monitor aging cases.
• Handle complex transactional queries and act as escalation point for recruitment processes.
• Provide LinkedIn insights on office usage and suggest improved distribution of requests.
• Validate employee referrals not submitted via the system and advise local recruitment contacts.
• Analyze process intakes and resource distribution to optimize service expansion.
• Handle background screening and World Check for candidates and employees.
• Build reports and dashboards; conduct audits and trend analyses for process improvements.
• Assist in process training and upskilling of team members; support global standards.
