Job summary

White & Case LLP in Manila is seeking an Advisor, Recruitment to lead and manage key recruitment processes across the Firm's global offices.

You'll coordinate complex transactions, support the Recruitment team, and drive process improvements while navigating local variances in recruitment. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years HR/Shared Services experience are required, with comfort in rotating shifts and a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree required.
• 3–5 years’ experience related to the role.
• Customer Service skills required for the position.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – and ability to work at all levels.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools used for analysis and presentation of data (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Visio).
• Amenable to work in rotating shifts (APAC, EMEA and Americas time zones), Hybrid set-up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in understanding recruitment processes and related services for the Recruitment team and employees.
• Manage transactions by triaging cases to ensure timely delivery of services and monitor aging cases.
• Handle complex queries and act as escalation point; coordinate with COEs/ SMEs and regional POC during disruptions.
• Provide LinkedIn utilization and insights on office usage; advise on improving usage.
• Validate referrals not submitted via the system and advise recruiters on procedures.
• Analyze process intakes and service expansion to optimize resource distribution.
• Handle confidential World Check and background screening for candidates and employees.
• Provide global reporting such as weekly pipeline joiners and RAC requests.
• Build reports and dashboards; conduct audits and trend analyses for process improvements.
• Assist in process training and upskilling; drive global standard improvements.
