Qualifications

• 5+ years in Recruiting/HR Operations or similar
• Experience with candidate offer cycles and onboarding
• Experience serving North America internal customers
• Advanced ATS and recruiting tech experience
• Strong process improvement and project management skills
• Experience building dashboards and operational metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience using AI tools to streamline processes

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and scale recruiting operations processes and data solutions
• Execute background checks, offers, and onboarding tasks
• Support recruitment events such as career fairs and internal sessions
• Lead process improvements and drive technology adoption
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions
• Implement scalable solutions to improve recruiter effectiveness and efficiency
• Mentor colleagues and influence operational decisions
• Lead cross-region initiatives affecting multiple teams
