Job summary

iQor Philippines seeks a Recruiting Enablement Consultant to drive user readiness and adoption of new recruiting technology across global rollouts. The role translates approved processes into scalable enablement approaches and collaborates with Trainers, Country Leads and local Recruiting SMEs to implement a train-the-trainer model.

This role emphasizes SME readiness, certification tracking, go-live preparation and post-launch support to ensure practical guidance and resources for end users

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in learning and development, change enablement, or related areas.
• Experience supporting system or process rollouts, preferably across multiple sites/countries.
• Demonstrated train-the-trainer and SME readiness experience.
• Ability to translate technical/process changes into practical guidance for business users.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Familiarity with change-management methodologies and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop global and geography-specific enablement plans aligned with rollout waves.
• Conduct stakeholder and training-needs assessments to identify impacted user groups.
• Partner with Trainers to translate SOPs, workflows into training content.
• Review training materials for business accuracy and alignment with processes.
• Coordinate train-the-trainer approach for Country Leads and SMEs.
• Support SME readiness and certification tracking and follow-ups.
• Establish local training plans, schedules and completion tracking across geographies.
• Ensure completion before go-live and address readiness gaps.
• Coordinate readiness checks and provide inputs to Go/No-Go decisions.
• Create communications and reinforcement plans for changes.
