TMX Philippines, Inc. (TIMEX) is seeking a Global Receivables Specialist to support the global order-to-cash process by ensuring timely payment application, maintaining customer accounts, and supporting collections and dispute activities.

The role partners with customers and internal stakeholders to improve cash conversion, reduce aging, and optimize receivables processes. The position reports to the Global AR Manager and collaborates with the Global Treasury Manager and Senior Director, Finance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in cash application, accounts receivable, collections, or order-to-cash operations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process and apply customer payments.
  • Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, short pays, deductions, credits, chargebacks, customer disputes, and other payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain customer account records and support customer portal administration activities.
  • Support collection efforts through customer outreach, payment follow-up, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor accounts receivable balances and assist with aging analysis and reporting.
  • Perform account reconciliations and support month-end close activities, including the preparation of receivables, cash application, and performance reporting.
  • Drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and standardization initiatives across the Order-to-Cash process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.

About the role

The Global Receivables Specialist supports the global order-to-cash process by ensuring timely application of customer payments, maintaining customer accounts, supporting collection and dispute activities, and providing receivables reporting and analysis. This role partners with customers and internal stakeholders to improve cash conversion, reduce aging, and optimize receivables processes. The position reports directly to the Global AR Manager and works closely with and supports the objectives of both the Global Treasury Manager and Senior Director, Finance to ensure the effective execution, alignment, and continuous improvement of global receivables processes.

Key responsibilities
  • Process and apply customer payments.
