GROWORX TRAINING SERVICES INC. in Metro Manila seeks a Project Manager / Transition Manager to lead delivery of international client programs, ensuring precision, client delight, and worker welfare.

You will drive multi-country deployments, develop SOPs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with compliance teams to uphold immigration and labour standards while building trusted client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, operations management, or account management in BPO/shared services
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder programs for global B2B clients
• Experience building processes in fast-growth environments
• Background in compliance, workforce deployment, immigration, or healthcare
• Excellent written and oral communication with C-suite audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven mindset
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficient with current project management software
• Empathy and service orientation
• Experience with Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp or similar tools

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client programs from onboarding to deployment and reporting
• Serve as primary contact for large B2B clients, building trust and identifying opportunities
• Develop and maintain program delivery plans, timelines and milestones
• Conduct regular client reviews, presenting data-driven insights on health, performance and pipeline
• Manage multiple deployment programs across clients, countries and regulatory environments
• Build and improve SOPs and delivery frameworks at scale
• Track and report KPIs including timelines, compliance milestones, worker satisfaction, and NPS
• Identify risks early, escalate and resolve issues impacting delivery or worker welfare
• Ensure deployments meet international immigration, labour, and safety compliance across jurisdictions
• Coordinate with internal and external compliance teams to maintain records and audit trails
