Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Transition Manager to join our team in Quezon City, Philippines. You will manage global programs with large teams and cross-border collaboration, driving value, timelines and budgets.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years in Banking/Healthcare/Insurance, 3–5 years in program management, and Prince2 or PMP certification. MS Project and PMIS proficiency is preferred to document RAID items and improvement plans.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years relevant experience in Banking/Healthcare/Insurance.
• 3–5 years of experience in Projected Program Management.
• Prince2 or PMP certification required.
• Experience leading global multi-geo projects.
• Strong written documentation and RAID/improvement plan skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand subject areas and lead diverse projects.
• Manage a broad, complex portfolio of projects.
• Oversee global teams across IT and business groups.
• Define value proposition, plan, resources, timeline and budget.
• Monitor performance in the Project Reporting System.
• Provide client and internal progress reporting.
