Job summary

SGV & Co. is seeking a Business Transformation Consultant - Program Management Specialist in the Philippines. You will guide organizations through growth strategies, defining and delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and overseeing program delivery and change management.

You will work with a Program Manager to lead PMO formation, program governance, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely, within-budget outcomes and stakeholder alignment across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems or related fields.
• 4–8 years of program and project management experience.
• Experience in transformation initiatives, including IT-led projects, using PMBOK, PRINCE2 and Agile.
• Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, budget and timeline.
• Familiarity with PM tools MS Project, Azure DevOps and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a bespoke PMO or Transformation Management Office.
• Prepare client materials and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Define and deliver complex programs from strategy to execution.
• Coordinate risks, budgets, and resources across multiple projects.
• Produce program status updates and management reports.
