Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) in the Philippines seeks a Transition Manager to lead complex service transitions for global clients. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and executing transitions with minimal disruption, working with US stakeholders and across cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will bring 12+ years in transition or project management, strong risk and stakeholder management, and a disciplined, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (12+ years) in transition management, project management, or service delivery within a large-scale, global environment.
• Knowledge of transition lifecycle methodologies, project planning, and execution across multiple domains.
• Experience in risk mitigation, contingency planning and stakeholder engagement during transitions.
• Familiarity with managed services delivery and contract/SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage seamless transitions of services, processes or operations for clients.
• Plan, coordinate and execute complex transitions within timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.
• Conduct due diligence to assess current state processes and identify improvements.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and documentation for operational continuity.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues or bottlenecks proactively.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and manage expectations throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, regulatory standards and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients.
