• Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus.

• Experience analyzing large volumes of data, synthesizing insights, and making recommendations.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the learner journey, focusing on satisfaction and completion.
• Ensure course launch readiness, including quality control and participant communications.
• Oversee course leaders: interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Resolve escalated learner requests from the program support team promptly.
• Analyze learner feedback to propose design or process improvements for future iterations.
• Track KPIs for learner engagement, completion, satisfaction, and course leader performance.
