Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Production Planning & Scheduling professional in Cebu City to create, maintain and monitor production schedules for local and offshore orders, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to meet delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update production schedules for local and offshore manufacturing orders from purchase order placement through to completion and dispatch.
• Monitor production milestones, critical paths, lead times and required delivery dates to ensure orders remain on schedule.
• Follow up suppliers and manufacturers regularly for production status updates and ensure agreed dates and milestones are recorded accurately.
• Identify potential production delays, capacity constraints, material issues or other risks early and elevate them to the Production & Supply Chain Manager.
• Ensure production schedules align with purchasing requirements, inventory needs, customer deadlines and inbound freight plans.
