Job summary

This role is onsite in Cavite and requires strong ERP/MRP skills, particularly SAP/Oracle, plus advanced Excel capabilities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering and 2–5

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or its equivalent in experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in production planning.
• Have capability to interface across department and any levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare production schedules to meet shipment requirements and forecast.
• Monitor that products are made efficiently and timely.
• Balance production capacity with material availability and other constraints.
• Manage raw material availability and adjust schedules for disruptions.
• Maximize production output and minimize work-in-process inventory.
• Report production status, issues, and progress to management.
• Provide manufacturing information and data to enable operations and other functions to manage the business effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
