Job summary

San Miguel Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a production planner to process, review and analyze purchase orders for finished goods, WIP, raw materials and machine capacity.

Generate short-term resource plans and provide delivery commitments based on target completion dates; monitor actual production against the plan and adjust as needed to ensure on-time delivery; evaluate remaining processing time versus commitments and develop contingency plans.

Responsibilities

• Process, review and analyze purchase orders of customers based on finished goods, work-in-process inventory, available raw materials and machine capacity.
• Generate short-term planning of all necessary resources and provide delivery commitment based on the target completion date of the order.
• Monitor the actual production run againts the planned schedule.
• Evaluate remaining available processing time versus delivery commitment and come up with contingency plan
