Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates may be considered; PPC, production, or manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Quality Control, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor production progress against planned schedules and identify delays or potential bottlenecks.
• Check material availability and coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse regarding required materials.
• Prepare and maintain production-related reports, schedules, and records.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
• Update production plans based on changes in orders, material availability, machine capacity, or production priorities.
• Coordinate production requirements and delivery commitments with concerned departments.
• Assist in analyzing production data, capacity, manpower, and machine utilization.
• Follow up on pending production orders and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate PPC records and documentation.
• Identify production issues and escalate concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
