Job summary

Citizen Machinery Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain production schedules based on customer requirements and capacity. You will monitor progress, address deviations, and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure material availability.

The role involves tracking inventory, preparing reports, and supporting efficiency improvements to meet delivery commitments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer requirements and capacity.
• Monitor production progress and address schedule deviations.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure material availability.
• Track inventory levels and support production planning activities.
• Prepare production reports and analyze planning data.
• Assist in improving production efficiency and workflow processes.
• Ensure timely completion of orders and delivery commitments.
