Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering or related field.
1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the Production Plan (MPP) to meet delivery targets.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and raw material availability.
Monitor production capacity, generate workload reports per section, and resolve workflow issues.
Conduct physical inventory/cycle counts for planning accuracy.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production Supervisors, and Job Out Coordinators.
