Job summary

Execo is seeking an experienced procurement leader to design and implement end-to-end procurement processes across multiple countries. You will build a central vendor registry, templates, and a compliant approval workflow while owning technology procurement and cross-border purchases.

You will track spend, negotiate with vendors, and ensure audit-ready records for tax and accounting across offices. Strong Excel and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up procurement processes from scratch.
• Direct purchasing experience for IT hardware and software at volume.
• Proven cross-border purchasing across multiple countries.
• Experience negotiating office leases or facilities contracts.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for trackers and spend reports.
• Excellent written English for vendor and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and document procurement policy, purchase requests, and approval workflow.
• Set up a central register of vendors, contracts, and renewal dates.
• Create standard templates: PRs, RFQs, vendor comparison, POs.
• Run sourcing with minimum three quotes where required by policy.
• Own technology procurement: IT hardware, software licences, and devices.
• Manage cross-border purchases, including import duties and shipping.
• Lead office rent and facilities negotiations with Legal and Finance.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, warranties, and SLAs with vendors.
• Track vendor performance and renewal deadlines; avoid auto-renewals.
• Maintain an asset register of company devices and equipment.
• Review each PR for business need, budget, and proper approvals.
• Report monthly spend and savings to Head of People & Culture and Finance.
• Keep procurement records audit-ready for local tax and accounting.
