Job summary

Blaseek seeks a business process professional to guide global teams in mapping, analyzing, and improving how work gets done. The role focuses on process architecture (about 80%) with some marketing application, requiring strong process mapping and stakeholder facilitation across regions.

You will develop process maps, analyze decision points, design practical future-state workflows with clear ownership and KPIs, and help teams adopt new procedures through training materials and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in quality management, operational or process excellence, governance, or PMO environment, ideally global/matrix.
• Strong hands-on process mapping skills including flowchart nomenclature, decision logic, branching paths, responsibilities and handoffs.
• Experience guiding stakeholders through process discovery and translating discussions into clear maps and actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Map existing processes with stakeholders to document activities, roles, handoffs, dependencies and ownership.
• Analyze workflow logic, apply flowchart symbols, examine decision points and identify gaps or exceptions.
• Design future-state workflows with clear responsibilities, controls, and escalation routes.
