Job summary

HRTX in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to lead structured workshops, document current and future-state processes, and guide harmonization across functions. You will review documentation for readiness and assess the impact of changes on policies and controls.

The role requires 5–10 years in BPM/transformation and a proven ability to steer cross-functional teams through enterprise-system implementations, ensuring alignment and successful deployment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of BPM, transformation, or related roles.
• Leadership exposure in at least one large-scale enterprise system implementation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, etc.).
• Experience with policy development, governance and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to lead workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
