Help global teams turn complex processes into clear workflows
We are looking for a business process professional who can guide stakeholders through understanding, mapping, and improving how work gets done.
The focus is approximately 80% process architecture and 20% marketing application. You will personally develop process maps, analyze decision points, identify gaps, and design practical workflows supporting global marketing teams and shared services.
Candidates from different industries are welcome. Strong process mapping skills, logical thinking, and confident stakeholder facilitation are the priorities.
What you will do
- Map existing processes. Work directly with stakeholders to document activities, roles, handoffs, dependencies, approvals, and ownership.
- Analyze workflow logic. Apply appropriate flowchart symbols and nomenclature, examine decision boxes and branching conditions, and identify missing steps, unclear decisions, and exceptions.
- Design improved workflows. Translate findings into practical future-state processes with clear responsibilities, controls, decision rights, and escalation routes.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops. Plan and drive virtual and, when required, face-to-face sessions to gather information, challenge assumptions, resolve disagreements, and agree on process designs.
- Develop standards and documentation. Define and improve quality standards and governance frameworks. Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, playbooks, and accessible reference materials.
- Measure quality and performance. Design KPIs, establish quality checks, and prepare reporting to identify issues and track improvements.
- Support governance for AI-enabled work. Clarify review steps, accountability, controls, and approval requirements within relevant workflows.
- Help teams adopt new processes. Develop training and onboarding materials, gather feedback, and work with global and regional teams to embed agreed practices.
What you bring
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in quality management, operational or process excellence, business process management, governance, or a PMO environment, ideally within a global or matrix organization.
- Strong hands‑on business process mapping skills, including flowchart nomenclature, decision logic, branching paths, responsibilities, and handoffs.
- Practical experience with process mapping or BPMN, KPI design and reporting, process documentation, and playbook development.
- Experience guiding stakeholders through process discovery and translating discussions into clear maps and actionable improvements.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to explain process concepts in straightforward business language.
- Confident facilitation and command presence: the ability to keep discussions focused, ask challenging questions respectfully, and work through differing stakeholder views.
- Willingness to personally produce detailed deliverables and support their implementation.
- Willingness to work a midshift or night shift schedule.
Highly desirable: Proficiency in Microsoft Whiteboard or similar visual collaboration tools used for process mapping and workshops.
Prior marketing industry experience is not required. You should be comfortable learning marketing workflows and applying your process expertise within the function.
Workshops and travel
Most collaboration will involve global stakeholders through virtual sessions. Candidates should also be open to face-to-face workshops and travel if required. Travel is a possibility rather than a guaranteed part of the role.
