Qualifications

• We expect candidates to have leadership in Process Excellence or related projects.
• Strong Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, JDI, DMAIC toolkit and problem solving.
• Ability to map and optimize processes with BPMN 2.0 and VSM.
• Advanced analytical skills translating data into business recommendations.
• Experience with metrics, KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards.
• Proficient in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot; data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SQL and data aggregation.
• Experience with SharePoint and knowledge repositories.
• Strong stakeholder management and change support.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Leading global, cross‑functional improvement projects that support workstream strategies.
• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards and SLA reporting.
• Analyzing trends, performance results, and metric deviations with root cause analysis.
• Preparing statistical analyses and business recommendations.
• Leading or supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and DMAIC.
• Identifying opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization.
• Mapping As‑Is and To‑Be processes in BPMN 2.0.
• Maintaining process documentation and SOPs.
• Ensuring compliance with 3M, GBS PEX, QMS, and ISO standards.
• Managing CAPA processes and root cause improvement actions.
• Conducting cross‑regional comparisons of process efficiency and cost.
• Collaborating with Service Delivery, regional stakeholders, and leadership.
• Leading monthly metric reviews with workstream leaders.
• Sharing best practices and building knowledge exchange structures.
