Shearwater Health is seeking a Senior Process Excellence Analyst to drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives across our Philippine sites. You will lead data-driven process improvements to boost quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

You will partner with Operations, Reporting, and cross‑functional teams to map processes, create SOPs, and sustain gains through structured problem solving and standardized practices.

Qualifications

• Supports continuous improvement and operational excellence through Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
• Collaborates with Operations, Reporting, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and sustain gains.
• Leads medium‑complexity Lean Six Sigma projects using DMAIC and RCA.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports the organization’s continuous improvement and operational excellence agenda by leading medium‑complexity Lean Six Sigma projects, analyzing process performance, and implementing data‑driven solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Partners closely with Operations, Reporting, and cross‑functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, execute structured problem‑solving, and sustain gains through standardized processes and clear documentation.
