Job summary

Our Clients in Metro Manila is seeking a Global Continuous Improvement Manager to drive initiatives that enhance processes, efficiency, and service quality across the organization.

You will identify issues, prioritize improvements, analyze root causes, and track impact, collaborating with technology teams on automation and digital transformation. Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma, KPI management, data analysis, and cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in Continuous Improvement or Process Improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
• Experience with KPI management, data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the continuous improvement pipeline based on business impact and effort.
• Identify process inefficiencies, recurring issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis and facilitate problem-solving activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and controls.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and benefits of improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with technology teams on implementation.
• Lead or support continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Coordinate improvement initiatives across teams and ensure agreed actions are properly tracked and completed.
• Prepare performance updates and improvement reports for management.
